The Policy Exchange is an organization that values the democratic dissemination of candid opinion. We strive to create a medium in which students and academics take original approaches to public policy and international affairs.

The publication reflects a diversity of opinion drawn from the University of Toronto Model Parliament Public Policy Research Initiative, our editorial staff, and our contributors. Although the Policy Exchange was founded by undergraduate students, future contributors will include graduate students, practioners, and academics.

We hope you enjoy our comprehensive presentation of today’s discussions of Canadian governance. Submissions on any topic within the publication’s mandate are always welcome. Do not hesitate to contact a member of the editorial staff with questions.

Yours,

Kira Wronska Dorward

Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Policy Exchange
